This is the third movie in the Perfect Stranger series (The Perfect Stranger, Another Perfect Stranger). The Perfect Gift has a Christmas theme but carries with it a year round message. Jefferson Moore recreates the character from the previous two films and shows up as a drifter who helps build a nativity scene for a church. While he is working on it, he touches the life of a young girl and her busy executive mother. This movie has heart and presents a good message about the true meaning of Christmas but is much more than a just a Christmas story. It has a good scene at the end of the film that is worth watching at any time of the year.
