From the same mindset that produced the film, Flywheel, the intent of this film is to honor God and show that He is the real hero in life. A high school football coach at a Christian school has problems and pressures all around him as he tries to put a winning team on the field. Further complicated are marital concerns with starting a family, as well as keeping his job, and this film sets up for a man turning to God in faith and seeing God move mountains for him. Although the real Christian life doesn't work like this film plays out, it's an inspirational story and good entertainment value.

Alex Kendrick is a guest actor in an episode of the half hour TV series 7TH STREET THEATER. Alex plays a somewhat troubled man in episode #12 entitled, "The Heckler". His character sits in the audience at one of the shows and begins to question harshly about the Christian faith.
